This simple, retro store sells all kinds of frozen sweets, particularly ice monaka, a Japanese take on an ice cream sandwich. There are some non-dairy options, including soy milk ice cream and persimmon sorbet. They also sell old fashioned ramune soda. The interior is basically just the kitchen, but there is a bench out front where you can enjoy your sweets.
