A rather eccentric cafe and sweet shop, run by a very charming man from his home; if he’s not around, just press the buzzer and wait a while. There are snacks like dango and shaved ice to take out, or take a seat in the front room, which has been converted for nightly karaoke. The outside makes for a good photo; it has the haphazard charm of a house from a Ghibli animation.
