This restaurant is also a tofu business, and the factory is just a few minutes walk away. The stylish, modern dining room has spectacular views of the mountains on one side and the main street on the other. Many dishes feature tofu, of course, but there are also options with meat (and vegetarians should take care that some dishes might be prepared with fish-based stock). You can also enjoy soy milk-based sweets. The picture menu makes ordering easy. Visitors can try making tofu at the family factory, although it’s best to make a reservation one week ahead (most ryokan can help with this).
