Set in a beautifully restored Edo era machiya traditional house, this farm-to-table restaurant is part of a community project to help regional farmers. There is a strong emphasis on local organic vegetables and grains, especially millet. Meals are served kaiseki style, featuring a series of small, beautifully presented dishes, and there are set menus to suit most budgets.
