Usually pretty difficult to get to without a car, during the peak cherry blossom season there is a loop bus which drops you at the entrance. From there it is about 10 minutes walk up a steep slope. There is a sheltered picnic area with bench seating but there are no other facilities such as toilets or shops, and the slope might be difficult for young children or the elderly.
