Umenoyado Shuzo is a 120 year old brewery that specializes in handcrafted sake. They aim to share the pleasures of sake globally while staying true to their heritage and innovative methods. Free tours are available; however, reserve your spot at least two weeks in advance. Maximum of twenty people in a group. Weekday afternoons from March to April.
