Gojo Brewery was established at the base of Mt. Kongo in 1924. At this pleasant location, fresh water that cascades down from the mountains is blended with natural spring water from a local well to make richly mellowed sake. The brewery uses traditional brewing methods perfected by the famous Tajima school of sake production in Hyogo. Look out for the brewery's main brand, Goshin, a favorite of local sake connoisseurs.
